01. Security Standards Review, Site Survey & Planning

Tru-Connect brings a consultative, forward-thinking approach to system design and planning. We will perform on-site facility surveys and discuss your daily business operations to identify security gaps, compliance issues and overall technology (wireless and wired) system  needs. From there we work to design a system that aligns with your needs and budget so you can benefit from emerging technologies.

02. Infrastructure and System Design & Specifications

Once a solution has been identified, our designers provide drawings and hardware specifications that outline the networking plans and diagram the floorplan, elevations, sections, cabling, grounding provisions, and bandwidth requirements for both wired and wireless network (Cellular, Wi-Fi, Private LTE, Bluetooth) interfaces to other systems and infrastructure.

03. Pre-configuration & Quality Control

The process of pre-configuration & testing equipment eliminates the disruption in installation and commissioning of system components. Time is taken to test and configure each piece of equipment avoiding loss in production and provides our team the ability to get ahead of issues that could delay projects.

04. Construction & Field Installation

Construction work includes the furnishing and installation of all equipment, materials, labor, and tools required for system installation, and a final system commissioning performed by a certified technician. Documentation of installed systems and equipment and preliminary schedule for performance verification activities are communicated regularly.

Systems Performance Verification
Systems performance verification and quality control is an ongoing process performed throughout construction. Site Acceptance Testing verifies that problems are remedied and systems are operating in a manner consistent with the system design. Questionnaires are delivered to each user to identify each configuration or programming item that requires user input to prepare their unique system.

05. Startup, Programming & Final Acceptance Testing

Tru-Connect’s skilled technicians will execute site acceptance testing of all cable infrastructure  and each system to measure and document performance to ensure each component meets manufacturer specifications. Our field technicians will analyze data points and problem-solve to correct deficiencies and complete the necessary adjustments for highest functionality. Our Project Managers will close out the key components of the project after completion of the testing, commissioning, and project acceptance phases.

Training & Documentation

Training, documentation and operations manuals are provided to technical and nontechnical personnel. The training includes an overview of system features, settings and controls, basic trouble-shooting, and actions recommended during emergency situatio
