TruConnect created a connected workplace by designing a scalable AV standard that employees could use confidently across conference rooms, shared collaboration areas, and executive offices.

The expansion added conference rooms, open lounges, executive offices, and shared work areas. Each space had a different need, but the expectation stayed the same: a reliable, consistent user experience with minimal training.
The workplace technology needed to support:

TruConnect aligned early with the architect and design team before construction began, ensuring technology infrastructure, system layouts, and user workflows were built into the project.
A standardized AV approach was implemented across rooms, then tailored by space type:
- Conference and meeting rooms supported hybrid meetings with professional audio and video, plus straightforward presenting
- Shared and open areas enabled informal collaboration through well-placed displays and background audio, designed to encourage teamwork without disrupting adjacent work
Technology that was implemented included:
- PC-based video conferencing compatible with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, GoTo Meeting, and other platforms
- High-resolution displays with PTZ tracking cameras, microphones, and in-ceiling speakers
- Wired and wireless presentation options
- Room scheduling displays integrated with Microsoft Exchange
- Apple TV-enabled displays and background audio systems in shared areas.
