The organization also wanted a polished, professional space that remained practical for executives and support staff. Reliability, flexibility, and visual impact mattered because the room needed to support decision-making, not distract from it.
The Solutions: A Flexible 3×3 Video Wall + Simple Room Control
TruConnect delivered a fully integrated boardroom system designed for fast setup, intuitive operation, and flexible presentation formats.
At the center of the room, TruConnect installed a dynamic 3×3 video wall that supports single-or multi-window layouts based on meeting needs. To simplify installation, reduce electrical requirement, and protect the room’s aesthetics, TruConnect used off-board power supplies housed in the AV rack room. That approach eliminated the need for multiple receptacles behind the displays.
TruConnect also coordinated the AV infrastructure with the office’s DIRTT wall system. By partnering with the furniture technology provider, TruConnect integrated AV components cleanly within the wall system while maintaining consistent structure and finish throughout the space.
For meeting and presenter hand-offs, TruConnect implemented wireless conferencing and content sharing to speed up transitions between speakers. They also installed automated in-table microphones that rise at the start of meetings and retract afterward to keep the table clean and uncluttered. Close coordination across trades ensured these mechanisms performed reliably as part of the complete system.
To keep operation simple and resilient, TruConnect provided dual control options: a wireless tablet for everyday use and a mounted backup controller for redundancy. The control system centralizes video, audio, conferencing, and room settings so users can run meetings without technical friction.
