Mike Ward

Michael Ward – Operations Manager 

Michael has over 30 years of experience in the communications, sound and security industry. Mike joined the Tru-Connect family in March of 2020 as operations manager with the goal to build a premier communications & security integration company. Mike brings the experience of design and installation of communications and digital security systems in commercial facilities such as hotels and casinos, and the education, healthcare and oil & gas industries. Mike has previously held positions as operations manager over the technologies groups of both Fisk & Frischhertz Electric.

Wade Chauvet

Wade Chauvet – Project Manager/Estimator 

Wade’s strong problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, decision-making and customer service skills stem from his more than 15 years managing, designing and deploying integrated and stand-alone access control, CCTV, commercial intrusion, and structured cabling projects. Wade’s experience includes project management and estimation of commercial, federal, and small business low voltage systems. He is versed in the complex regulations and mandates for maintaining secure facilities and carries a Louisiana Life Safety and Property Protection License.

 

Danny Phillips

Danny Phillips – Project Manager/Estimator 

Danny has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications field designing and implementing tele-data, fiber optics and wireless access point infrastructure systems. Danny has vast field experience, starting as a technician to field supervisor, service manager, project manager and estimator. He has worked on projects in the field of education, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and commercial market sectors, including new construction projects as well as retro-fit projects, and large and small service work..

Dwayne Rope

Dwayne Roper – Project Manager 

Dwayne has over 20 years’ experience delivering on small, medium and large electronic security projects in various vertical markets, including healthcare, petrochemical, higher and lower education, and municipal and government facilities. Dwayne’s project management and design skills have been applied to complete electronic security designs, and implementation and service of access control and alarm monitoring, digital video surveillance (CCTV) systems, automatic gates, intercoms and turnstiles.

Jeff Downing  – Sr. Project Manager 

With more than 30 years of experience directing complex, technology projects throughout their lifecycles, Jeff is a performance focused, highly adaptable Project Manager. He has a proven history of successfully managing diverse teams in fast-paced enterprise environments. He has a keen ability to identify design requirements and develop innovative customer solutions for structured cabling, wireless LAN/WAN, audio visual, and electrical. Jeff has extensive experience working withgovenrment, educational, and commercial clients.
